Usage Guidelines

Mixing Ratio

The topcoat must be mixed with 2K Acrylic Enamel Auto Paint Slow Hardener before use; the recommended mixing ratio is 4:1 (topcoat: hardener) by volume.

Adjust the ratio according to application needs: increase hardener ratio (up to 3:1) for faster curing, or decrease (up to 5:1) for longer working time (suitable for large-area spraying).

Stir the mixture evenly for 3-5 minutes to ensure full integration of the topcoat and hardener; let it stand for 10 minutes after mixing to eliminate air bubbles.

Surface Preparation

Clean the metal/automotive surface thoroughly: remove oil, grease, dust, and rust with a degreaser and rust remover; for old coatings, sand the surface with 400-600 grit sandpaper to remove peeling parts and create a rough surface for better adhesion.

Wipe the surface with a clean cloth dipped in solvent (such as acetone) to remove residual dust and oil, and let it dry completely (drying time ≥ 30 minutes).

Spray Application Steps
